Essential Responsibilities:

• Accounting Experience required
• Running data reports to review for discrepancies
• Compiling report data into Excel
• Identify duplicate data entries and/or changes to data for up to 16 stores
• Reconciling statements and writing checks
• Calling on vendors to get missing invoices
• Managers approval on invoices
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Job Requirements:
• Microsoft Access and Excel experience are required
• CDK Experience Preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong analytic and problem solving skills
• Ability to perform accurate, detailed data entry
• Must be self-motivated and attentive of time management
• Professional appearance and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment
• Must pass a pre-employment applicant screening.
