Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator II for the Student Affairs Operations department within the School of Nursing. Under direction of the Director of Student Affairs Operations and the Assistant Registrar, the Administrative Coordinator II will assist with all functions in the Office of the Registrar and the Office of Clinical Compliance. The Administrative Coordinator II will perform and coordinate a wide variety of administrative services to achieve a smooth and efficient administrative office operation for the School of Nursing Office of Registrar and Office of Clinical Compliance.

- Provide direct support to the Director of Student Services Operations with day-to-day activities including calendar, answering phones, meeting agendas, walk-ins, project management and follow up, etc.
- Creating detailed reports and interpreting data.
- Assists with special projects and events such as Convocation, Admitted Student day, etc.
- Assisting the Office of Registrar with daily functions such as: data entry of student records, filing, scanning, registration, email, transcript processing, verifications, scheduling and special projects.
- Provide office support/reception for the Office of the Registrar, which includes but is not limited to answering phones, emails and handling walk-ins.
- Assist students with registering for classes, transcript requests, status updates on various registrar requests.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, plus two (2) years of progressively more responsible administrative experience required (equivalent or higher level).
- Additional related experience may be substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
