The Catholic Cemetery Association in Beverly is currently looking for a full-time Administrative Coordinator to join their team. The Administrative Coordinator will support the Data Entry Administrative Manager in maintaining cemetery records and provide ongoing support to cemetery personnel, outside vendors, and customers for all matters related to burials within all cemeteries under the Catholic Cemetery Association. This is a full-time position, 35 hours a week, Monday-Friday.
Major Areas of Duties and Responsibilities include:
Provides clerical support within the Records Department, utilizing telephone, computer, and customer service skills.
Maintains accurate hard copy records for all cemeteries as related to the purchase of burial rights, burials, and burial related matters.
Maintains accurate cemetery software database records for all cemeteries as related to the purchase of burial rights, burials, and burial related matters.
Provides a prompt and courteous response to customer service calls from cemetery personnel, vendors, and customers.
Provides proper and efficient in-person service to cemetery personnel, vendors, and customers.
Receive, schedule and process burial arrangements.
Complete assigned projects given by the Director of Finance and Special Projects Manager.
Receive and process monument requests.
Interact daily with Superintendents and other Operations staff to resolve all burial related matters.
Provide support to Administration and Finance Departments’ managers and staff.
Provide support to Sales Department managers and staff of Family Service Coordinators.
Other duties as assigned.
