The Center for BrainHealth is seeking a talented person to create a terrific impression for all those who visit the Center or call to inquire about our research and services or need to connect with one of our outstanding researchers or program leaders. So, the person who will serve their team as Front Desk Receptionist at our Brain Performance Institute must be a team player who possesses outstanding people skills, has a service-oriented mindset, and is willing to support our team members in a variety of ways, including calendaring, event support, some data input, and being an impactful representative of our culture of accountability, agility, compassion and empowerment. This is a high-engagement, high impact position that requires someone willing to directly and skillfully interact with people in person on a daily basis.
Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree and two years office administration or project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience
A high degree of customer service skills and experience with Excel, SalesForce and Power Point is preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide responsible and professional receptionist, secretarial, clerical, and customer service assistance via phone, email, walk-ins, to faculty, staff, students, interns, visitors, donors, board members, study participants, clients, and the public for the Center for BrainHealth and Brain Performance Institute. Responsible for performing advanced and complex secretarial and clerical duties for a superior in a key administrative or executive position. Good attention to detail and excellent customer service skills required.
Make calendar appointments, keep calendar of events and coordinate public use space, receive & greet visitors, advise visitors and callers on operational and logistical functions of two buildings, answer main phone switchboard, assist callers with information for our programs and events, assist Development and Public Relations staff with event logistics and space planning. Other duties as assigned by the COO.
