Title: Administrative Assistant

Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the clerical aspect of the Day Service programs.

We are looking for a individual to join our team who is self-motivated, organized, detailed oriented and eager to learn and grow with an organization!

The schedule for this position would be Monday-Friday; no weekends or holidays!

Responsibilities:

• Various typing duties as assigned
• Acts as site receptionist
• Answers telephone and communicates messages
• Maintains petty cash account records and beverage money
• Initiates monthly program participant attendance record
• Assists with activities of daily living as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate degree in secretarial science preferred, OR one year of secretarial experience
