MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Advanced communication skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel

Ability to work for 8 hours in a seated or standing position

RESPONSIBILITES:

Represents the Truluck’s Restaurant Group in a professional manner at all times

Answer incoming phone calls daily and assist customers in making reservations and other special arrangements for their dining experiences utilizing the Open Table reservation system

Contact all customers daily to elicit feedback about their experiences utilizing the official host script and ensuring management receives any negative feedback in a timely manner

Address incoming emails for the business and respond accordingly or forward to the appropriate manager for response

Assists management in maintaining organization of office space and all files / systems within it

Assists management in maintaining files of all staff certifications, alerting managers and staff members in advance of certification expirations

Assists management maintaining accurate, current on-premise employee notifications and/or legal notices

Retrieves incoming mail and sorts and distributes it to the appropriate department or manager

Maintains the confidentiality of all private, corporate information and alerts the Operating Partner or Human Resources department of any potential liability or impropriety among team members or managers

Demonstrates 100% commitment to operating within accordance of all federal, state and local laws and ordinances

Assists managers in the timely processing of documents and accurate reporting as dictated by local laws, internal policies / procedures and all incidents of potential injury, in accordance with the company and insurer policies

Responds in a timely manner to requests for information or reporting from the various accounting and personnel departments in the Truluck’s Restaurant Group

Assists management in ensuring the quality of the Employee and Guest experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
