We are hiring an Administrative Assistant I for one of our clients in Newark, NJ.
Job Description:
- Review and Processing of Pharmacy Technician applications, including reinstatements for the Board of Pharmacy.
- Creating barcodes as needed as well as working in SharePoint workflow.
- Other clerical work requests related to Board work as needed.
Skills required:
- Ability to process simple data.
- Basic keyboarding skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish effective working relationships.
- Word, Excel
Experience Required:
- Job knowledge is obtained on the job
Work hours:
- 35 Hours
- Lunch Hours - 30 Minutes (Unpaid)
Additional information:
- Dress Code - Business Casual

Pay: $14.00 - $15.77 per hour
