Job description

The administrative assistant is responsible for greeting all incoming guests, answering and transferring incoming calls, and filing. Responsibilities also include assisting the CEO with Interior Design projects, such as research and or shopping for furniture, paints and textiles.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Has a valid Florida driver’s license
  • Preferred experience in Interior Design
