How will you make an impact?

In this role you will use your talents to support our partners and staff and make an excellent first impression on prospective clients and visitors at our Mineral Point, Wisconsin office. Primary areas of responsibility for this position include answering and directing calls, as well as greeting visitors in a cordial and professional manner.

You will set up and maintain client information in our software platforms and prepare weekly/monthly reports and maintain cash records, billing, and accounts receivables and prepare deposits for the office. Other important duties include receiving and distributing incoming mail and faxes to the appropriate employee as well as assisting with compiling, reviewing and mailing of tax and audit reports.

Hours: This position is scheduled to work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with some Saturdays 9:00am to 3:00pm during the busy season (mid-February through April 15th).

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • 6+ months related experience
  • Excellent team skills, positive attitude and high ethical standards
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
  • Commitment to quality and the timely completion of work
  • Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office and research tools
  • Limited lifting, although lifting to 10 lbs. may be required
  • Overtime is expected February-April/May during our busy season
  • Must complete criminal background check
