Who/What Are We Looking For?
- Professionally handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs
- Promote products and services effectively and comfortably
- Assist Field Personnel
- Handle some basic administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma (or GED)
- Customer Service experience is preferred
- Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings
- Meet attendance requirements
- Team player
Core Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems
Training:
- F.H. Furr will provide all of the training required for this position
Compensation:
- $18.00 per hour plus bonuses
Office Hours:
- Evening Shift - 10AM - 7PM or 11AM - 8PM
