Job description

A mid-size family owned business, located in Zellwood, FL seeks a mature, responsible professional for customer service. This full time position Monday thru Friday. Available hours are from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Manage of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Process incoming orders, create vouchers
  • Purchase various products for customer
  • Process all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Minimal accounting skills.

Skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Proficient in Microsoft, word and excel
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.50 per hour
