Job description
A mid-size family owned business, located in Zellwood, FL seeks a mature, responsible professional for customer service. This full time position Monday thru Friday. Available hours are from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Manage of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Process incoming orders, create vouchers
- Purchase various products for customer
- Process all incoming and outgoing mail
- Minimal accounting skills.
Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Proficient in Microsoft, word and excel
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.50 per hour
