Part-time (26 hours per week)

The Domestic Violence Programs Administrative Assistant II conducts administrative functions in support of the domestic violence programs; with a special emphasis in Domestic Violence Grants and the Tenant Based Housing Programs. The position is responsible for data and demographic information entry, billing reporting and program report completion for contracts and grants of the Domestic Violence Programs. Reconciliation of all reporting units and statistical documentation submission is required. Perform periodic audits and quality assurance on client files. Provides basic administrative and office support to staff as directed. Position requires to work closely with the Regional Director of Domestic Violence Services, Advocate Leads and Advocates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School / GED
  • 2 years of experience in general office or administrative functions
  • Proven ability to type 40 wpm
  • Obtain State of Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Valid Arizona Driver License, proof of insurance and Arizona Motor Vehicle Division 39 month Motor Vehicle Report
  • Proven ability to prioritize work and good attention to detail
  • Proven computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong oral and written communication skills that are concise and organized utilizing appropriate style, grammar, and tone
  • Bilingual English/Spanish, verbal and written

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates or 2 years post-secondary education
  • Years of direct related experience in billing/report completion
  • Experience in working in domestic violence based programs
