We’re one of the area’s top Managed Technology Services Firms and we’re looking for our next Admin and Client Support – is that you? You’ll work from the comfortable office located in West Reading, PA as well as your own home and will be responsible for ensuring that every sales opportunity in our company is tracked, documented, and kept flowing through the sales process. You will be in one of the primary positions for our team so you must be a self-starter as well as a great problem solver.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You’ll process license renewals and replacement VOIP parts, Sales orders under $200 for misc. accessory type items, and repetitive pre-defined orders directly from customer
  • You will process sales order including checking prices, creating purchase order, ordering product, order tracking, updating subscriptions
  • You will process leasing documentation including pre-screening, submitting credit applications, fund tracking and modifications to current leases
  • You will be updating pricebook amounts and product spec sheets and inform sales team with new product offerings
  • You’ll manage all communications with vendors and support all integrations and product tools
  • You’ll be responsible for PSA Administration (Connectwise Admin)
  • You’ll review invoice details and generate WatchKeep agreement billing
  • You will reconcile/audit 3rdparty services and bill Axcient and Datto overages
  • You will be responsible for vendor management to create CTO quotes
  • You will attend schedule meetings to discuss billing, client challenges, initiatives, sales opportunities, leasing and order scheduling

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

  • BA/BS in business administration or IT related fields required
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate/Expert certifications preferred
  • Project Management and/or sales support experience preferred
  • Experience working with Connectwise and/or A+/NET+ a plus
  • Experience MS Visio preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Office Suite specifically Excel
  • Customer service focus, ability to work in a sales environment with deadlines
  • Highly organized and process driven, technically oriented, willing to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience in MS Visio preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
