Position Description: The Activities Assistant is responsible for creating an active and home like atmosphere while planning, organizing, and implementing activities for the residents in accordance with Hearth's LIVE MORE philosophy to maximize resident adjustment, a healthy lifestyle, and social engagement. This position is for the Keepsake unit at Glastonbury which is a dedicated memory care seniors.
Shift availability: (1) Full-time 9:30P-7:30P, every Th and every other weekend
Education/Training/ Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must have relevant experience as an Activities Assistant in a health care setting or similar experience. Preference for memory care experience.
