Job Summary: Our Activities Assistants assist the Activity Director with the daily resident activity program.
Job Type: Full time
Schedule: Monday – Friday with Weekend Rotation

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Activity Director with daily resident activity programs.
- Communicate regularly with resident families and entire care team.
- Assist Preparing and reviewing monthly newsletter & activities calendar as needed by Director.
- Lead group activities.
- Report and document resident's progress.
- Visits with residents on a one-on-one basis as directed.
- Ensure documentation meets compliance with regulatory standards.
- Reports to the Activities Director on resident’s responses and/or progress to specific approaches utilized and maintains appropriate documentation.
- Effectively manages the care of assigned patients using knowledge, skills, judgment, and decision-making skills for the specific area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education:
- Activities Experience preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
