Job Overview:

3rd Mind REI is a nationwide real estate investment company that specializes in utilizing innovative wholesaling and creative financing strategies to buy and sell properties. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Acquisitions Manager to join our team. As an Acquisitions Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing real estate deals that align with our investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyze real estate investment opportunities that meet the company's investment criteria.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform investment decisions.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with property owners.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, including brokers, agents, and other investors.
• Manage the due diligence process and work with the operations team to ensure successful transaction closings.
• Work closely with the company's leadership team to refine investment strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• 1 + years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of success in real estate acquisitions, with experience in creative financing strategies and/or wholesaling.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other real estate investment analysis software.
