Acknowledgement Clerk
The main purpose of an Acknowledgement Clerk is to enter and import data into a database using various websites, databases, and internal documents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Acknowledgement clerk will be expected to meet internal and external deadlines within the department.
- Acknowledgement clerk must operate both independently and as a team player within the department.
- Acknowledgement clerk will be expected to import data files into various database platforms which will convert the data to usable format to print letters, envelopes, labels, etc. based on client specifications.
- The Acknowledgement clerk will be responsible to verify piece counts, print, and quality check each file. In addition, duties will include importing or hand entering orders into our fulfillment inventory management system. These orders will need to be processed through the system to deduct inventory and generate reports needed by the Fulfillment team.
- Printed materials will need to be physically delivered to the Fulfillment Department.
Qualifications/Physical Demands
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Outstanding Customer Service skills and experience
- Ability to multitask and change course quickly
- Retains and understands direction easily
- The ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Sit for long periods of time and exposed to prolonged screen time
