ARNAZ Automotive Group is a family-owned company founded in 2013, We are a multi-unit Tire & Auto Service retailer dedicated to providing quality service with a unique customer experience that exceeds expectations

Duties Include:
  • Managing daily operations of the accounting/admin department, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Respond to supplier inquiries and correspondences via phone and email
  • Process weekly check runs matching invoices to checks
  • Coordinate and prepare month-end reconciliations for all accounts and physical inventory
  • Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures.
  • Perform various administrative duties requested by the General Manager

Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to produce high-quality work while under deadline pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
