Pay range is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour

Purpose of Position:

Research and process deduction on high volume customer accounts (using SAP, BW, BA, TPM, Excel). Apply payments to assigned customer accounts. Create, apply and research debit/credit memos related to customer accounts. Assist with opening of checks related to daily cash application and/or check deposit. Create deduction and credits using SAP, BW, BA, TPM, Excel.

Essential Functions:

Department research, both A/R and Deductions, validate incoming customer deductions and process through TPM/Blacksmith

Debit and Credit memo processing, creating credit memo or debit memos for various customer issues

Cash Application, applying payments to customer accounts in SAP

Deposit, scanning checks through Wells Fargo Desktop application

Additional Functions:

Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

High School graduate and some college accounting classes preferred

Position will be approximately a three-six month temporary assignment

Three or more years of accounts receivable experience

Must be detail oriented with strong analytical ability

Strong PC skills – Windows, Excel, SAP, and have 10 key by touch.

Accurate and detail oriented

Able to work independently and work with all levels of management.

Must have a high degree of organization and prioritization skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Business letter writing experience
