Summary:

As Dynapower’s Accounts Receivable Clerk, you’ll help us stay on top of our receivables by using your excellent customer service skills to answer customer questions, reduce outstanding receivables by collecting payment of outstanding invoices, resolve account disputes and billing discrepancies, and prepare monthly statements. What You'll Be Doing:

On an average day, you’ll

  • Contact customers to collect outstanding receivables
  • Document daily collections activity
  • Research account disputes and billing discrepancies
  • Perform account/payment reconciliations
  • Prepare & distribute monthly statements to customers
  • Process credit memos
  • Support the rest of the AR Team with submission of invoicing to customers via their invoicing web sites or electronic data interchange (EDI portal)
What You Need To Apply:

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Solid Excel skills, incl. pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • 2+ years Accounts Receivable and/or collection experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • College courses in Accounting
  • Experience with ERP software (Avante)

This is a full-time non-exempt position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This role is based out of our South Burlington, VT headquarters.

This position may involve access to ITAR (International Traffic and Arms Regulations)-controlled information, requiring verification of US-immigration status which is used solely for determining applicable ITAR licensing requirements.
