QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to employees and vendors.
• Process vendor maintenance requests.
• Respond to supplier inquiries and requests.
• Assist with the daily Accounts Payable mail and the filing of unpaid Accounts Payable vouchers.
• Assist with projects and other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Two (2) plus years experience in administrative processing, preferably in an accounting function
• Detail oriented – matching & identifying discrepancies.
• Understanding of established general accounting policies & procedures.
• JDE, Stellent, and Ariba system experience
• General understanding of accounting principles.
• Computer skills including data entry and database management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Palm Beach Gardens, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Associate (Required)

Experience:

• Administrative Processing: Accounting: 2 years (Required)
