OFR is looking for an Accounting Assistant who will join a dynamic accounting team. This position will report directly to the Senior Staff Accountant and will perform Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general accounting duties. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

· Matching invoices to purchase orders

· Entering invoices into Dynamics Great Plaines

· Weekly check run

· Communicate with vendors about payments, discrepancies, and questions

· Keep vendor W-9’s and Certificates of Insurance up to date

· Engage with sales reps over any AP problems

· Job Costing

· Other accounting functions as needed

· Learn inventory, office furniture terminology, and become the expert (we train!)

Qualifications:

· Associates Degree in Accounting or related field required

· 2 years’ experience required

· Professional phone, communication, and presentation skills

· Experience with MS Office and basic computer functions

· Knowledge of MS Dynamics (GP), SharePoint, and One Drive encouraged

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
