Onsite: Hybrid 3 Days In-Office, 2 Days WFH

2 Positions Open: 1 Manager & 1 Coordinator
Salary Range ~ $45K-70K

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
- Data entry and payment processing
- Maintain database of vendor records in Dynamics
- Fiscal Year-End Audit Preparations
- Daily cash and credit card payments
- Daily cash and monthly contribution revenue
- Prepare, issue and document 1099 & 1096 forms
- Prepare journal entries
- Ad Hoc inquiries and projects
Minimum requirements of the Staff Accountant:
- 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- System savvy and proficient in Excel
