Our company is currently seeking ​Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Clerks to join our team! These are FULL TIME, ON-SITE positions.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities:

• Match up and review purchase orders and receiving documents
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of receiving documents to identify discrepancies
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Communicate across all levels of the organization

Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:

• Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
• Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
• Researches customer discrepancies and past-due amounts.
• Collaborates with the Credit Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic basis.
• Assists Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month.

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields preferred but not required. We can train.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• MUST have experience with Microsoft programs, including Excel and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This job is located at 5229 Hwy 90 W in the Tillman's Corner area of Mobile. This is a full-time position. This is NOT a remote position.
