We are seeking an individual experienced in all facets of the day-to-day accounting cycle in a real estate office, or similar industry. Qualified candidates should be problem solvers, results oriented, have a high attention to detail, and dedicated to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

All functions of daily/monthly Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tenant move-ins, move-outs and statements, including researching issues, monitoring for errors and misapplication, etc.

Skills include:

- Basic accounting/bookkeeping

- Knowledge of real estate administration

- Technology – Microsoft Office; Yardi Breeze Premier; possibly AppFolio

- BMR reporting (we have a handful of tenants with required annual recertifications)

- Good communication with colleagues and tenants

- Clean background check

- Live between San Francisco and Palo Alto and be available to work M-F in-person full-time

- Lifestyle incorporates safe practices regarding risk of exposure to covid

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
