What you will do:
The Accounting Admin. assists the Plant Controller in providing financial support to the manufacturing facility and corporate. Handles day to day transactions for the manufacturing facility.
Here’s a day in the life:

• Create sales orders and deliver to milk receiving
• Close production work orders for Columbia River Processing and Columbia River Technologies. Posting labor hours for CRP, post labor and overhead for tech
• Settling whey cream, cream and skim, posting in SharePoint and spreadsheets
• Assist in coding accounts payable invoices to the correct company, account and department
• Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as necessary
• Monthly review of CRP department expenses and statements.
• Monthly review and reclass of CRP entries from incorrect companies, accounts, and departments to the correct ones.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• A high school diploma is required. An Associate degree in Accounting or related field is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting and using computerized accounting software.

• Vision for machine or computer operations
