Description: The qualified candidate will oversee the operational aspects of numerous medical offices, interact with each medical office manager offering recommendations for profitability and efficiency, inform medical staff of updates related to billing and contracts, and maintain schedule of monthly on-site medical office visits, assist implementation of new software and additional on-site training. The candidate is required to be knowledgeable in medical office business operations, maintain a high degree of professionalism with excellent organizational skills, and must be able to communicate effectively with a wide selection of people. Two to five years of supervisory or managerial experience is preferred and additional college level course work would be beneficial to the prospective candidate. The individual selected for this position will be required to attend a hospital wide orientation, as well as a more departmental focused orientation upon hire.
