Account Manager/ Order Entry
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager/Order Entry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and processing orders in a timely and accurate manner. You will work closely with the sales team, warehouse staff, and shipping department to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager/Order Entry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and processing orders in a timely and accurate manner. You will work closely with the sales team, warehouse staff, and shipping department to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and on time
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customers receive excellent service and support
- Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all relevant information is included
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and shipping department to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and on time
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account information
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their orders
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the purchasing department to ensure that products are in stock
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to customers
- Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and preferences
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in account management or order entry
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles a plus
Job Details:
- Direct Hire, Hybrid out of Chicago- MUST LIVE IN CHICAGO AREA
- Monday- Friday 8-5pm
- Pay is $17-20 an hour depending on experience
