JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Account Manager

(Phlebotomy or Lab Experience Strongly Preferred)

● Primary point of contact with Partner for all matters specific to assigned accounts

● Own the day-to-day account management process for each Partner work orders from start to finish, including creation, staffing assignments, timely completion, quality control, administration, reports, and communication.

● Understand account Standard Operating Procedures to meet the Partner needs and objectives.

● Maintain constant contact with account to ensure streamlined processes and accountability.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners, Contractor phlebotomists and Internal departments.

● Ensure every phlebotomist assigned is knowledgeable and prepared for every assignment

● Provide regular updates of assigned accounts for Supervisor

● Assist with challenging partner requests or issue escalations as needed

● Monitor and communicate to PF team, any changes, trends, opportunities, and Partner use of our services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

1. Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your account.

a. You are responsible for all account related matters
b. No information should be going through anyone else
c. Customer Service skills are essential when managing these accounts. Our partners and phlebotomists are always right.

2. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting partner relationships

a. This is done with excellent customer service

3. Ensure the timely and successful assignment staffing according to customer needs and objectives

a. Assignments should be worked the same day they are entered into the Portal. evening assignments are the exception.

4. Develop, maintain, and facilitate implementation of each accounts processes

a. Documented, in detail, on the Phleb-Finders’ Portal
b. Knowledgebase should follow Phleb-Finders templates and be accurate/up to date
c. Be as detailed as possible

5. Understand and complete each accounts objectives that is identified while onboarding

a. You are the accounts leading expert in all things
b. Own your processes while following the guides outline by Phleb-Finders

6. Own the process developed for each account managed

a. You should take pride in your work
b. You are the accounts success and failures
c. Document all assignment updates

7. Find the best contractor phlebotomist for each assignment that is created

8. Manage every assignment from start to finish

a. You should know where an assignment is from the beginning to the end
b. The Portals’ stream is a live cycle of the assignment. Use it as much as possible.

9. Ensure every phlebotomist assigned is knowledgeable and prepared for every assignment

a. You know which phlebotomists are good.

10. Create and manage reports for accounts

a. You are responsible for making and maintaining reports for your accounts.

11. Maintain constant contact with account POCs to ensure streamlined processes and accountability.

a. Maintain regular and periodic contact

12. Prepare reports on account status

a. You should have reports established for each account to help with visibility and updates

13. Assist with challenging partner requests or issue escalations as needed

a. If a task is confusing or too difficult, ask for help

14. Monitor and analyze partner’s usage of our product

a. If a partner is not utilizing the Portal or creating assignments, let upper management know

15. Liaise between the partner and internal teams, including the phlebotomist

a. You should be in constant contact with both the partner and the phlebotomist
