Our Atlanta team is seeking a service minded individual who has a knack for multitasking and is detail oriented. As an Account Manager for Rogers Benefit Group, this opportunity places you in a supportive and competitive environment with room to grow.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

TYPE: FULL-TIME

LOCATION: BERKELEY LAKE, GA (NOT REMOTE)

Job Duties:

  • Execute Account Management to include, but not limited to, working with carriers and brokers
  • Conduct new case installation
  • Administer detailed customer service and claims issues with carriers
  • Spreadsheet carrier rates and plan designs, with meticulous attention to detail!
  • Manage CRM Data (SalesForce)
  • Load and extract data from Salesforce
  • Work alongside the RBG team and see the tasks through to completion
  • Quote health, ancillary & supplement policies
  • Assist in servicing Benefit Administration for existing clients in our EASE and Employee Navigator platforms

Skill Set:

  • Minimum 3-year background in employee benefits (Required)
  • Georgia Life and Accident and Sickness insurance licenses (Required)
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented
  • CRM experience (i.e., Salesforce)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client relationship skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and market contacts; including excellent communication skills and service orientation, cooperative nature, and tactfulness to resolve client and company problems.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate with clients to obtain information
  • Ability to learn various technology software systems (i.e., carrier systems and Salesforce)
  • Candidates should have a strong working background with computer technology and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Understanding of Ben Admin systems (i.e., Employee Navigator and Ease, extremely helpful)

Compensation and Benefits include:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life 3x’s salary plus commissions and/or bonuses, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability
  • All benefits are 100% ER paid for the EE and we pay 50% towards the dependent cost. (This is rare with any company but goes towards the commitment RBG has to their EE’s)
  • Salary minimum $50k up to $80k, plus quarterly bonuses
  • Exceptional ER paid 401k contributions: 10% of total W-2 salary after your six month probationary period
  • HSA medical plan, RBG contributes $100 into a savings account each month, it is 100% the EE’s money to spend on any qualified medical need they have
  • Paid time off
