Job Description:

The role of this opportunity is to conduct inbound zoom calls booked on your calendar in an effort to sell and close High Ticket Sales in the online coaching space to an inspired community of women who encourage and celebrate each other. This community provides a unified environment that supports partnering with one another to achieve financial wealth through real estate. As an account executive, your primary responsibility will be to enroll new clients in opportunities to change their lives. This is a B2C position where we are looking for strong, hungry, driven, one-call Closers who are pros when it comes to getting the sale and mastering objections when they arise.

Experience Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Sales Experience of prior inside/phone sales experience.
  • Inbound / Outbound Sales Experience.
  • CRM Experience.
  • Ability to combine sales skills with technical knowledge.
  • Excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Zoom 7and Internet.
  • Knowledge or interest in the Internet Coaching Industry.
  • Must have a positive attitude and a high figure-it-out factor.
  • Master at objection handling
  • Always wanting to improve your craft in selling.
  • Strong empathy skills, willingness to dive deep into the prospective client's pain points & must feel comfortable having uncomfortable conversations.
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma.

Mission Of The Position:

The mission of this position is to increase revenue by connecting with buyer leads and enrolling them into higher-level backend products and services to change women’s lives.

Essential Duties:

  • Places warm calls to prospective subscribers using a professional sales presentation.
  • Explain and discuss products and services with customers.
  • Handle sales objections and enroll customers.
  • Make payment collection calls as necessary.
  • Respond to chats, emails and letters.
  • Complete all sales and product training and maintain excellent domain expertise.
  • Attend all team meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Key Criteria/Requirements:

  • Ability to work anywhere within North American time zones.
  • Fluent in English
  • Has the ability to close high ticket sales for clients
  • Has a strong work ethic and desire to get results while serving the clients
  • Is comfortable with online technology
  • Is strong with accountability to self, clients and customers
  • Has a strong willingness to learn and grow
  • PST, MST, CST or EST time zones (UTC -8 to UTC -5)
  • Office set up with a computer, webcam, cell phone, and good internet connection (Mandatory)
  • A proven track record of past performance
  • Professional looking home office with internet
