Overview of Position: We are looking for an Account Manager who are passionate about providing non-profits with the best experience they have ever had. As an Account Executive at Topline you will assist by interacting with client and explaining their financial standing in simple terms. Successful account executives will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and service.. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the client experience. A typical day for an Account Executive will consist of coordinating the issuance of financial information and setting appointment to go over the same with clients. Account Executives will receive the tools, programs, and systems necessary to grow their career within the firm. Expectations:

Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the issuance of financial statements
  • Oversee processes for monthly close
  • Prepare budgets and revenue targets with clients
  • Conduct quarterly and ad hoc Sessions with clients to review financial statements, create and adjust budgets, and identify industry trends
  • Implement process improvements
  • Address payroll questions / concerns and provide first-level troubleshooting
  • Communicate effectively with internal owners/management on establish performance expectations
  • Manage personal workload to deliver high quality work product on time
  • Work across teams to keep others informed of client status
Requirements / Qualifications:
  • College graduate (4) year degree preferred
  • Business or Accounting degree desired
  • Minimum of (3) years sales experience
  • Strong consultative and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skill
  • Flexible, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced developing work environment
Additional Information:

Salary

Competitive. Individuals are compensated commensurate with productivity. This means that salary is ascending as the individual progresses in productivity and performance. Work hours will be increased as workload increases.
