The Account Executive Engineering Supervisor shall have experience in supervising site engineers and managing clients' accounts in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries. You must be highly trained in supervising, clients' accounts management, client relations, as well as in achieving the Company Goal through your business strategies.

Responsibilities

Supervisor:

· Supervising and instructing the Engineering team.

· Educate engineers on construction safety regulations and accident protocols.

· Ensure all engineers comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipment.

· Evaluate the performance of engineer’s employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.

· Recommending changes to engineering projects or procedures to increase efficiency.

· Assisting in project management meetings for the purpose of planning work activities ahead.

· Conduct One-on-One meetings with engineers.

· Maintaining an accurate record of engineers’ attendance.

· Completing site and internal reports and other records.

· Develop employee probatory performance evaluation and performance evaluation.

· Participate in Internal Staff Meetings.

· Maintain excellent relationships with clients on Site.

· Ongoing communication with the Operations Director.

Account Executive

· Develop and maintain clients’ relationships.

· Identify and research potential accounts.

· Organizing regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service.

· Serve as the point of contact for client service activities and develop strategies for gathering information about project’s scope, budgets, and timelines.

· Meeting with the client to discuss project goals, progress, and outcomes.

· Support the Business Development in managing proposals, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.

· Negotiate with existing accounts and new accounts terms and conditions.

· Uncovering and understanding accounts/clients' needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineer, and/or Master Degree in Business Administration (preferred)

· Experience: 6-10 years as a Supervisor Engineer

· Language: Complete dominium of Spanish and English (oral and written)

· Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) & Sig Sigma (Black Belt)

· CIAPR: EIT License (required), PE (preferred)

· Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Industries.

Required Skills

· Works independently under limited to no supervision to determine and develop solutions.

· Strong communications skills

· Experience in project management: integration, scope, time, cost & budgeting, quality, human resources, communications, risk, procurement, planning; construction, commissioning, or maintenance operation and utilities in manufacturing equipment's.

· Experience in cost and time recommendations and modifications in the industrial environment.

· Teamwork oriented with excellent interpersonal relations, positive attitude, and work ethics that reflect the mission, philosophy, and goals of the company.

· Able to determine assess tasks/situation to determine potential hazards and safety risks.

· Proficient in MS Office Suit, Microsoft Project, SAP, AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software desired.

Salary Range: $60k-$75k

Travel Expenses Reimbursement (Gas Allowance)

Requires travelling 75% to Juncos, Humacao, Ponce, Villalba, Guaynabo – PR.
