Job Title: Account Coordinator

Reports to: Operations Supervisor
Status: Full-time / Remote


Position Summary

The Account Coordinator (Landscaping) is a key member of a client-centric operations team and ensures service delivery in a manner that meets or exceeds client expectations. This position is responsible for the operational delivery objectives that are set forth by the Landscaping client scopes of work and service level agreements. The Account Coordinator is accountable to drive the customer service experience and is measured by performance metrics related to the assigned customer portfolio. Key objectives may be focused on exceptional service, customer retention, and quality assurance.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Oversees a portion of a client account or various client accounts.
  • Follows all functional policies, and ensures compliance to all standard operating procedures
  • Meets expectations, all work/tasks, and ensures that progress toward goals/objectives is made
  • Supports and executes the calendar of events from preseason preparations through postseason shutdown
for landscape and snow
  • Manages customer issues as they arise during day-to-day operations
  • Support and balance vendor sourcing to unify and increase profitability
  • Works in various customer portals, 3rd party systems, and KBS proprietary technology
  • Helps identify procedural issues and trends and sharing examples of best practices with leadership
  • Able to carry out the essential functions of this job (with or without reasonable accommodation) without
posing a specific, current risk of substantial harm to health and safety of self and others
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of landscape and snow industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to include, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook,
with an emphasis on Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Graphs, etc.).

Experience Required:

  • Prior experience in the landscaping and snow industry a plus

Education:

  • Associates Degree in Business or industry-related field is preferred
