- Part-Time (25 hours) 1PM-630PM Standard Schedule - Potential for Full Time based on performance and case load.
- Have fun with your clients!
- Implement and deliver ABA therapy across a variety of environments including but not limited to: home, office, clinic, telehealth, community, and schools – maintaining assigned caseload by Clinical Director.
- Implement behavioral strategies developed by BCBA
- Maintain detailed records of results on Central Reach
- Ability to multitask running session and effectively taking data
- Coach and collaborate with families on techniques and treatment
- Communicate and collaboration with parents daily on any schedule changes and redirect any client questions/concerns to BCBA, leads, or admin staff as needed
- Monitor Central reach schedule and accurately convert client appointments
- Record daily session notes and data into the clients Learning tree
- Ability to accurately track hours daily on timekeeping software (ADP).
- Attend bi-monthly program meetings and trainings as assigned
- Attend clinic meetings scheduled by BCBA and leads as needed
- Effective communication and response to all emails within 24 hours, especially emails related to patient care.
- Reliable transportation due to daily travel to children's in-person home related environments
- At least 1 year of working directly with children, preferably with special needs.
- Within 90 days of employment, complete 40 hours RBT training requirement and pass the RBT
- Knowledge and experience in applied behavioral analysis, or related field is preferred
- Skill in building relationships and connecting with children and their
- Able to interact and communicate effectively with coworkers, parents/families, and other related professionals (i.e., SLP/OT)
- High school diploma or GED completion
- Current CPR Certification is preferred
- Covid vaccination or approved exemption
- A desire to have fun with your clients and coworkers
