Responsibilities


In this COO sponsored internship, the Winter Associate will focus on research surrounding sustainable city development. Specific responsibilities include:


  • Identify leading non-profits in the conservation space to find commonalities and differentiation of work on climate change in cities.
  • Conduct interviews to compare and contrast these organizations.
  • Research and collect relevant data which will be used to help us work with communities to reduce disparities.
  • Analyze and map findings to make recommendations for partnerships within regions.

Compensation: $40/hr

Qualifications:

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will be a graduate student with the following skills:


  • Degree in Public Policy, City Planning, Landscape Architecture or similar field.
  • A passion for creating and sustaining equitable access to parks and green spaces to create healthy cities.
  • Ability to look strategically at the big picture and search for insightful solutions.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
