Family Teacher

What you will receive:

· You will be a part of caring community which includes 30 residential homes, a K-12 school, House of God, a brand new 5-million-dollar entertainment/fitness complex, nature trails, a lake with a cabin, horse trails and more on 1000 acres just west of Chicago.

· Your schedule will include 5 days on and 2 days off (with an additional 3rd day off each month).

· You will receive a base salary starting between $33,500.00 - $35,000.00 per year (per person if applying as a couple) plus compensation for education and experience.

· You will be offered a comprehensive benefit package, with some benefits beginning as soon as the first day of the month following date of hire.

· You will receive an annual review and opportunities to earn up to $2,000 in bonuses.

· Your Room and Board (comparable to $12,000 per year) is included.

· You will receive extensive training, support, and encouragement.

To be considered:

· 21 Years of age or older

· High School or equivalent degree

· Driver’s License

· Ability to pass rigorous background screen

· Aspirations to do something amazing

Our interview process consists of the following:

· Pre-Screening phone call

· Formal Interview (either in person or video conference)

· Campus visit
