Preferred availability: Weekdays from 3pm-7pm
Gym staff support a safe, enjoyable and inclusive environment for all YMCA members and guests. The position functions to enhance the member experience by providing member assistance in the gymnasium area while keeping facilities neat and programs running smoothly and in a timely manner. Gym staff setup and take down equipment and materials for any YMCA programs and events in the Sebring-Lewis Center gymnasium and elsewhere. Staff support instruction in youth recreational sports programming with ideal candidates having a well-rounded foundation of sports knowledge.
