Work day Reporting Lead Role (US Remote) –

Work location : Remote – Work Time Zone PST (strictly ) .(Client Location Location : San Jose CA).

Must have qualities and experience (recruiter should screen for these)

- Very strong communication skills – Will be speaking to US/EU customers and will need to be able to guide and push-back on them around Workday reporting requirements

- Team/task management experience – The lead will have to oversee offshore leads and report developers and manage work assignments (PM type responsibilities for 20% of role)

- Workday reporting development experience - Experience building the follow report types: Advanced Reports; Matrix Reports; Composite Reports; knowledge of Calc Fields

- Functional domain knowledge (for building reports) in one more area - Advanced Compensation; Time Tracking, Recruiting and/or Talent Management

High level responsibilities/duties: (per customer)

· Interface with HR stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs and pain points and translate them into report requirements

· Create report prototypes (in Sandbox) to present to stakeholders in order to clarify requirements and design reports and dashboards

· Present prototypes to internal Report Development Lead (Adobe internal employee) for review and sign off

· Build Workday reports using Workday Report Writer (leverage calculated fields and understanding of Workday’s data architecture and business object model)

· Develop testing scripts to ensure reports are tested thoroughly; Perform testing

· Create scripts for User Acceptance Testing

· Assist in report migration
