Job Summary:
Randstad is currently seeking professional, punctual, career-oriented candidates to fill our Welder positions at Bloom Energy in Newark. De. for multiple shift schedules. This position consists of, but is not limited to, pulse-tig welding (including dielectrics) on a takt clock and possibly some fabrication. We offer comprehensive benefits, vision, dental, 401k,
Responsibilities:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Following standard work to weld together & build assemblies.
- Selecting proper materials from the warehouse to complete standard work.
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement ideas.
- Use designated inspection equipment.
- Perform minimal tool preventive maintenance.
- Assist in development of manufacturing procedures to create the most efficient processes.
- Record quality data.
- Other duties as assigned.
The essential functions of this job include:
- The ability to lift up to 40 lbs. continuously
- standing consistently for up to 10 hours per shift
- smoke free environment
- steel toe shoes required
- Pulse - Tig welding experience preferred

Education High School or GED Equivalent required
