Eclipse is hiring Weekend Event Supervisors! Successful candidates for this position will be responsible for organizing events, managing event staff, and maintaining client relations. To ensure that events are successful, you must pay attention to budget, time constraints, and client orders, enforce event rules and manage your event staff. An Eclipse Field Supervisor is an organized leader who understands the needs of our clients and the importance of coaching, team building and management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage Eclipse event staff.
• Understand the roles of your event staff.
• Ensure event is completed smoothly and to the client's satisfaction.
• Resolve any problems that may occur.
• Report any emergencies.
• Ensure timesheets are filled out correctly and sent to management.
• Enforce any rules or regulations clients have in place for the event.

Skills

• Management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Organizational skills.
• Communication skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Conflict resolution.

Requirements

• Previous management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a car and be willing to travel to different venues.
• Must have a cell phone with email access.
• Customer service experience.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must have a resume.
• Must complete Eclipse Event Supervisor orientation and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
