OVERVIEW: MarineMax Fort Myers at Deep Lagoon is proud to be the City of Palms’ authorized Sea Ray, Aviara, Azimut, Ocean Alexander, Galeon Yachts, Aquila Power Catamarans, and MJM Yachts dealership. MarineMax Fort Myers is a full-service marina, retail sales and service facility. It is conveniently located on Deep Lagoon at 14030 McGregor Boulevard in Fort Myers. DESCRIPTION: MarineMax Fort Myers is hiring a Weekend Receptionist. The Receptionist/Greeter is responsible for greeting customers as they enter the dealership and directing them to the appropriate sales staff or department.

KEY TASKS:

• Answer all incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate party
• Project a professional and service-oriented image to all customers
• Meet and greet all customer and direct or assist as needed
• Input information into customer databases
• Assist in other departments as needed

KEY RESULT AREAS:

• Internal/external customer enthusiasm
• Professional telephone and face-to-face contact with all customers and team members
• Maintaining a positive image of MarineMax
• Accurate and timely completion of paperwork
• Timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks

HOURS:

• Part Time
• Saturdays & Sundays
• 12-16 hours per week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
• Weekends only
