Description:

The Front Desk Associate reports to the Member Services Manager. This position is responsible for general reception duties at the front desk as well as additional tasks and projects as assigned by Member Services Manager. Regular duties include scheduling meeting room reservations and transportation services; Greet and direct visitors; monitors internal security; Operates console to take and relay incoming calls; Monitor and report emergency situations to appropriate personnel or emergency responders.

We are currently hiring for Saturday and Sunday from 8:30am-5pm

Essential Job Functions:

Front Desk Associate- Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 4pm-8pm

• Answer multi-line switchboard console (internal and external calls) and transfer to various extensions throughout the building.
• Answer questions from callers, members, vendors and visitors, direct visitors to various locations in the building.
• Report emergency situations to appropriate personnel, authority or services.
• Monitor security cameras and intercom; open doors via push button; open loading dock door when needed for deliveries.
• Operate and utilize two-way radio to contact staff as needed.
• Schedule meeting room reservations on Outlook Calendars and create slides onto TPTV for events.
• Process guest room reservations and inform housekeeping of guest arrivals/departures.
• Sort excess member mail, accept packages and other deliveries, distribute in-house mail.
• Complete clerical tasks using Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, etc. for members and other departments and /or staff.
• Assist Member Services manager with project work and typing of memos and postings for members and staff.
• Provide brochures and other information to prospective members and coordinate with marketing for tours.
• Reports to PSST group.
• Keep front desk area and internal mail-room clean and well organized.

Non-Essential Job Functions:

• Perform other duties as required.
