OVERVIEW
We are looking for an energetic, self-starter Wedding Sales Specialist who thrives on crushing goals, is results-oriented and eager to showcase our unique properties
Our Wedding Sales Specialist is a Rock Star salesperson who has a client-centric approach to book out our venues! This position involves a highly motivated and talented candidate for sales of our venue and event packages with strong closing skills. The sales specialist must have notable success analyzing client needs, building rapport, and overcoming challenging obstacles. They're responsible for taking leads and converting them to venue tours, and then finally to booked clients. A successful candidate will have a big personality and a passionate heart for serving our clients and creating a huge presence in their region!

SALARY
Total compensation range is between $ 65,000 - $ 75,000 with the break down as follows:
Base Salary: $ 35,600
Commission: Range between but not limited to: $ 29,400 to $ 39,400
REQUIREMENTS
Location: Lewisville, TX
Hours: Full Time, Flex Schedule, should be available to work when prospective clients can tour
Experience:
Proven record of achieving sales results
Wedding and event sales experience is a plus
Education: College Degree or Applicable Work History
Physical: Able to lift 15 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours
Other: Submit to a background and drug test, have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Wedding Sales Specialists are self starters, result oriented and are enthusiastic about helping our clients by creating exceptional experiences and life-long memories.
Manages the entire sales process from responding to inquiries to booking
Responds quickly to inquiries by email, phone, and texting
Property Tours of our venues within the region with potential clients is a key part of this role
Persistent and skilled negotiator
Traveling to all venues within the region as needed is required
Creates contracts and takes initial payments
Documenting thoroughly in the CRM system to maintain a log of daily sales activities
Communication skills both verbal and written must be excellent
