Summary

Flatwater Inc. is looking to fill this position with the most qualified applicant, Flatwater is a subsidiary of Ho-Chunk Inc. the economic development company of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. The Web Content Analyst is responsible for developing, modifying and maintaining broad/complex computer systems. Applies analysis and design techniques to complex computer systems. Position will typically support a broad functional area such as the PCC web portal and various web applications. Provides the technical foundation for a variety of operations and project leadership, coordinating and integrating the work of others. Works independently under overall project objectives and requirements. Responsible for recognizing probable conflicts and integrating diverse data elements and sources. Produces innovative solutions for a variety of complex problems.

Essential Functions

  • Assess and interpret data including, web content and data translations
  • Reviews, manages, and suggests edits to content
  • Suggests fixes to code writers
  • Confirms and maintains Section 508 Compliance
  • Provides analysis on current design trends and solutions to overall design management of current websites, databases, applications, and prototypes
  • Communicates any standards or compliance issues regarding content to QA
  • Interpreting data from surveys or research studies in order to provide actionable insights for businesses
  • Comparing current trends to historical data to spot patterns over time
  • Collecting and analyzing data to identify areas of opportunity or concern within an organization’s business model
  • Creating visual content such as infographics or videos to be shared on social media or other channels

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has tasking others and accountability requirements but no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position.

Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel

25% travel or less is expected for this position.

Education and Experience

A or B.S. degree in related fields.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

None required for this position.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Security background check with fingerprinting will be conducted and clearance at this level will need to be maintained.

Pay: $76,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
