We are looking for team coaches and facilitators to join our crew of transformation coaches. Selected candidates will join our transformation coaches apprenticeship program and immediately begin their practice in the field; building their skills and learning with master coaches and other apprentices. The selected candidates will help to transform LM MFC by helping clients (individuals, teams, and leaders) across MFC to experience and experiment with new ways of working. This support in the day-to-day work of the organization will help the practices to stick and spread throughout the system. The selected candidate will become proficient in a default set of ways of working practices and principles and help build capacity in the system through team coaching and facilitation, as well as peer coaching. We believe the best way to learn is through doing, that’s how we help teams to work differently, and that is how we have set up this team. Because we mean to start as we intend to finish, our team is a laboratory where we experiment with self-management, ways of working, and future of work principles and practices.

Though the role is full-time remote work, there is some travel that will be needed to be effective. This could be up to 25%.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated coaching and group facilitation experience.

  • Understanding of theories of change in complex adaptive systems.

  • Experience with modern collaboration tools.

  • Understanding of what motivates human behavior.

  • Demonstrated continuous learning and personal development.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings. Though the role is full-time remote work, there is some travel that will be needed to be effective. This could be up to 25%.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $82,200 - $157,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $94,500 - $178,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
