We are currently expanding and looking for friendly, outgoing, hard-working individuals to join our growing team at our Baldwinsville Pool Super Center Headquarters. Candidates must be self-motivated and willing to adapt with strong customer service skills. Once hired, candidate is expected to start immediately, once position is accepted. Previous Pool/Spa employment is NOT required. Job Training will be provided. Qualified Candidate will be well-compensated, 401k and Health Benefits will be made available! Future Management training opportunities may be provided to those with proven strong leadership and customer service skills!

Open Job Title:

• General Labor-Service (Warehouse)

General Warehouse Labor Job Duties:

• Pulling product organizing job necessities for work vehicles to aid Service Managers/Technicians

• Loading and unloading product from freight deliveries

• Transporting pool products out to customer job sites inc. pick-up of job related trash and recyclables (as needed)

• Pulling parts/chemicals/products to stock the showroom floor

• Cleaning and preparing products for Retail Space or home delivery

• Inventory control in warehouse and on work trucks with the aid of the service technicians

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds regularly

• Ability to work in a fast paced, team-friendly environment

• Ability to stand, walk up and down stairs, lift and bend for extended periods of time

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work

• Must have basic tools and toolbox

• Ability to greet and communicate friendly with customers

• Punctuality – including being prepared and being ON-TIME

• Personal Accountability in front of customers and staff (Proper etiquette and Professionalism is a must!)

• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
