The Team Leader is responsible for working with facility management to ensure assigned personnel work toward common goals.

Work Schedule:

• 4:00 am - 2:30 pm (Saturday - Tuesday)

Requirements:

• Attendance is a must
• Must have 1 year of leading employees in warehouse/ manufacturing environment
• Must be able to lift 75lbs
• Must be able to drive a sit down (Propane)

Essential Functions

• Assist management in ensuring compliance with Propak Policies and Procedures.
• Responsible for specific work area set up and shift transition
• Ensure pallets meet customer criteria and specifications.
• Maintain an accurate count of pallet inventory.
• Ensure daily work assignments are clearly defined for a team in order to meet production goals.
• Prepare reports and paperwork; correct discrepancies.
• Works closely with location management to ensure safety compliance.
• Advise site management of operations or safety training requirements.
• Responsible for specific work area set up and shift transition
