Job description
The #1 Distributor of Red Bull Energy Drink is seeking to fill a Warehouse Manager position in Wall, NY. This position is responsible assisting with the management of the warehouse facility including inventory, routing vehicles, fleet inspection, and warehouse personnel. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 11:00am - close (hours may vary and flexibility is a must).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Secure and maintain fleet
- Route delivery vehicles using routing software
- Schedule deliveries
- Ensure all fleet has documentation
- Secure and maintain facility; Confirm cameras, locks, alarms, etc.
- Document and track forklift, pallet jack, and handheld scanner maintenance
- Daily warehouse inventory counts to confirm warehouse and truck counts
- Maintain inventory using FEFO
- Manage and coach warehouse team
- Ensure the safe use of warehouse equipment
- Coordinate and manage daily tasks with daytime manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of management experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a warehouse distribution environment
- Experience with a forklift, hand truck and hand jack
- High organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer proficiency including MS office and routing software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Fluent in English
- Must be able to work in all environmental conditions
- Experience driving vans and box trucks preferred
