Job description
Quick Hands Logistics is looking for a lumper to work as warehouse in our Moreno Valley location. The lead will be responsible for keeping track of the containers loaded/unloaded, ensuring the sheets are signed and turned into payroll, keeping track of daily attendance and occasionally be point of contact between client and management.
The lead will also help with unloading and loading freight containers BY HAND. The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday. Work is based on the number of containers scheduled. We offer different start times depending on the site.
Due to the nature of our business, we may ask for employees to come in later than the normal start time and are free to leave once the scheduled work is completed.
You will be compensated for the number of containers you load/unload. Due to this, you can earn more per hour by completing the work quickly.
On top of the container compensation, the lead also earns an average of $25 extra (or more depending on workload) per day for keeping track of containers being offloaded and loaded.

Start time: 2nd shift 2PM -11PM (shifts 8-10 longs)
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
Responsibilities:
- Unload items from freight containers onto pallets
- Sort boxes by Item#, SKU#, etc.
- Shrink wrapping
- Load freight containers
- Take attendance
- Ensure payroll paperwork is signed
Ensure all containers are being written down
Job Requirements:

· Able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
· Reliable transportation
· Reliable means of communication (cell phone or email)
· Flexible scheduling
· Loading and unloading experience is preferred but not required
·BILINGUAL (Spanish and English)

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
